Directions to BMT Designers & Planners Headquarters:

We are located in Sequoia Business Park near Route 50 (Arlington Blvd) and Washington Blvd in Arlington.

From Reagan National Airport: Exit the airport to GW Parkway North for 2.86 miles. Bear right to Rosslyn. Follow US Route 50 West. Continue on Route 50 (Arlington Blvd) West. At second light turn left onto South Fillmore Street. Go to the first light and turn left onto 2nd Street South. Take a left onto S. Uhle Street (7-11 on left). Turn left into the Sequoia complex. Our building is in the back on the left. You may park in the garage in any Visitor's space at no charge. Metered street parking is available as well.

From Fairfax/Falls Church: Follow US Route 50 east. Continue on Route 50 (Arlington Blvd) into Arlington. After Glebe Road exit, turn right at light onto South Fillmore Street. Go to the first light and turn left onto 2nd Street South. Take a left onto S. Uhle Street (7-11 on left). Turn left into the Sequoia complex. Our building is in the back on the left. You may park in the garage in any Visitor's space or on the street.

From Washington DC:  Take I-395 South to Exit 8A, Washington Boulevard North (Rte. 27) towards VA-27/Washington Blvd./Ridge Road. Take the 2nd Street South exit off of Washington Boulevard.  Turn right at first traffic light onto S. Courthouse Rd. Go about one block and at the yield sign, turn left into Sequoia Plaza office complex.  Proceed on main road between office buildings and turn left into the parking garage.
