Pre-Feasibility and Asset Valuation on Coal Mining Transport Channel

To help our customer with an investment decision, BMT undertook a study to analyse the social and environmental impacts of the transportation projects in Sebuku, Kalimantan. We evaluated a number of variables including cost, logistics, government approval and risks. Scope of works delivered: forecasts of CAPEX & OPEX, ROI evaluation, cash flow forecasts, sensitivity testing, financial feasibility assessment, advice for financing options, commercial risk and mitigations analysis.

Strategic Masterplan for Port Expansion in China

BMT delivered for the customer a port master plan to establish a technically and financially viable roadmap, as well as a strategic business model to better position the port for optimised return on investment.
